Boarding & Daycare
In our Kozy Kanine Kennel area, we have climate controlled kennels in 2 sizes, each with individual indoor and outdoor runs with canine grass (keeping your pets paws off the hot concrete). Soft music is also played throughout the day for your pets' comfort. We have 2 large fully fenced play yards; one with canine grass and a small dog pool, and the other with a mix of grass and sand to run with ample space to throw balls around. We provide three play sessions included daily, where our staff members give your fur babies lots of attention and love. We have an excellent sanitation system, and Professional Pest Control is done on a regular basis.
Luna's Cat Lounge is located in a private room indoors, completely apart from our Kozy Kanine Kennel area, as to not interfere with our canine guests. Our feline friends each get their very own 3 level cat condo to cozy up and relax in. A clean litter box is also provided for easy convenience and cleaned daily. Play sessions and petting are included, where the cats have room to roam around outside of their condo and either climb on our cat tower, play around with toys or simply relax and purr.
We always provide a loving, happy and relaxed environment for your pet.
*Owners reside on gated premises. Kennel is under 24/7 camera surveillance*
Included with each stay
At Bed & Biscuit, you don't have to worry about bringing personal items, since we provide everything your pet would need during their stay with us.
For Daycare & Boarding, the following is always included:

Up to 2 feeding times per day (we encourage pet owners to provide their food from home, to help keep pets on the same diet and minimize stress)

Bowls and 24h access to fresh water

3 supervised play sessions per day of approximately 20 minutes each, with other like-tempered dogs, or one on one time with our staff.

Daily Routine

8:00 am - Doors open to outside runs. Potty Time.

8:30-9:30 am - Office open, clients come and go.

9:30-11:30 am - Breakfast served. Play sessions in yards.

11:30 am-12:30 pm - Doors open to outside runs, office open, clients come and go.

12:30-2:00 pm - Play Sessions in yards and/or Dog Park: swimming, off leash fun (park pass required)

2:00-3:00 pm - Quiet time, Potty time, Bath time (if requested).

3:00-5:00 pm - Cuddle sessions, treats, soft music played, lights out. Nap Time.

5:00-5:30 pm - Doors open to outside runs. Potty Time.

5:30-7:00 pm - Supper served, Play sessions in yards, Extra cuddles.

7:00-7:30 pm - Office open, clients come and go.

7:30-9:00 pm - Tuck in, beds fluffed, good night kisses, treats, soft music played, lights out. Bed Time.
Additional Information
Immunization Records
For your animals and others' protection, we require proof of updated shot records including: Rabies, DHLPP2 and Bordetella (kennel cough). Flea & Tick control is highly recommended. This is to ensure every animal and staff member's safety.
Cancellation/No show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or a no-show fee of $25 will be added to your next visit. On stays during holidays or busy season, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit before being able to secure your reservation with us. This is to ensure fairness in booking.
After Hours Pick-up or Drop-off
There will be an additional $20 fee for emergency pick ups and drop offs when our office is closed. We have trained staff for front of house, ONLY during our business hours. Business hours are strictly enforced due to code enforcement and due to our staff attending to your fur babies during off-hours. Thank you for respecting these times.
